NEW 2021
In doing ministry, many of us may be taught well on how to accomplish the mission. But how many of us focus first on our character, on being the right kind of Christian who goes on the mission?
My father, Norm Geisler, had such a great impact on Christianity... but not just because of what he taught. It was also because of how he lived.
Pastor Edmund Chan, founder of the Global Alliance for Intentional Discipleship-Making Churches, has mentored me for many years now. He has helped me understand in a deeper way that, "the mandate is more important than the mission." In other words, the mandate to be a certain kind of Christ-first disciple is more important to God than how many people we disciple, or even how many we win to Christ.
This coaching builds on the book A Certain Kind by Edmund Chan.
This workshop will take you through a paradigm shift in the way you approach Christian leadership. Join a small group of leaders to wrestle through deeper concepts of how to live a certain kind of life. Together, we will put into practice those key principles that will allow God to make His desired impact through each of our lives as leaders.
Wherever you are around the globe, this training will equip you to effectively lead the change in your culture for Christ.
